As President and CEO, Dana oversees operations, financials, and all business development for the company. A true visionary, Dana builds upon the core strengths of her agency and takes a unique approach to develop the most innovative products in the restaurant marketing industry. With strategic hires and product development, she provides clients a staff of seasoned marketing professionals as well as an arsenal of digital marketing tools that will put your business ahead of any competitor.


Dana’s leadership success began with her 9-year career as a Macy’s Buyer for 85 stores on the west coast. It wasn’t soon after that her entrepreneurial genes kicked in and she founded The DZAP Group in 2002 as a web design company; quickly turning into a full service ad agency. Soon after in 2008, with the rise of Internet marketing, DZAP expanded into a digital agency and recently launched the specialized Restaurant Marketing Labs division. Now a digital marketing powerhouse, RML delivers win after win by creating award winning branding and generating a true return on investment to every client. With over 25 years of driving traffic and qualified leads to client locations as well as accumulating a lifetimes worth of being a food and restaurant connoisseur, Dana is a marketing and business veteran, as well as a foodie at heart.


Steven Ozbun

Steven Ozbun, Vice President and Managing Partner at The DZAP Group | Restaurant Marketing Labs™, is a sunny San Diego native. Steven’s studies include Computer Aided Drafting, Computer Network Systems and Visual Communications, with an emphasis in Marketing & Advertising.


Having successfully implemented branding and design projects in dozens of markets across the country, he brings a wealth of tried and tested branding expertise.


Steven has a strong passion for applying technology to marketing and enjoys introducing fresh ideas to revive under performing campaigns. This fusion of creativity and technological brainpower has catalyzed to Steven’s approach to innovative, out-of-the-box, award-winning design and website projects.

Outside of the office Steven’s interests include spending time with his family, kayaking, paddle boarding, and farm-to-table dining.

Virginia Sullivan

Virginia Sullivan

Virginia Sullivan is a seasoned industry leader with more than 20 years experience in business development, brand strategy, digital marketing, co-marketing and strategic partnerships. Her impressive resume includes various restaurant groups and marketing agencies (including Founding Partner of VNS Consulting Group and Ingredients Matter Marketing), as well as major brands, such as Sony Online Entertainment, House of Blues, and the Active Network. She has an impressive client list spearheading strategic programs with many large consumer brands, including Starbucks, SiriusXM Radio, Annie’s Organics, VitaminWater, as well as an extensive events’ roster, including Earth Day on the National Mall and San Diego Street Scene. Virginia has a long tenure contributing to unparalleled consumer experiences.


Sullivan is a proud alum of Tulane University and Haas School of Business, and is fascinated by human behavior and the ever-changing landscape of consumer tastes and demands. She is an avid half-marathoner, a longtime proponent of the organic foods movement, and calls herself a ���Mark Bittman vegan.”
